Full control over the WindowsApp Folder.(Guide Just below this Section)

Open This PC/Explorer and Navigate to your Windows Installation Drive. (Generally C:\ Drive). Below Steps are to enable Hidden Files, if you know how or already have it enabled then skip to step 4.
Click File at the Explorer toolbar and then click Change Folder and Search Options.
Click on the view Tab and then the Radio Box of "Show Hidden files, folder and drives". After that click Apply.

Now open the WindowsApps folder. When asked for Admin privileges just Grant it.
If you are able to open the folder and view it content then Voila! You have done the most difficult part of the process.

We need to know the URL/Package ID of the app you want to Download for free On Windows 10.
Do that head to Microsoft Store and Search for the app you want download. Example: I want download Age of Empires: Definitive Edition.
Now copy the entire link, ie: in this case: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/age-of-empires-definitive-edition/9n2kmdvlk85d.
Now head to RG-AdGuard and paste the copied link over there. Alternatively you can just copy and paste "9n2kmdvlk85d" and Select ProductId in the drop down. Click the tick Option.

Now head to WindowsApps folder and open the Installed App/Game folder. In case of Multiple folders with same app name, select the folder With highest Size.
Copy it's file path. Now Open TheWSAppBak folder and runWSAppBak.exe. (If not downloaded then download and extract this file into a new folder, link is above)
Now paste the copied File path into the CMD and for Output Folder, just make a new folder anywhere and paste it's path.
When asked For 'Create Private key' Click the option of none.
Uninstall the App/Game from Start Menu by right clicking and click Uninstall or Do it from Store Manually.
Now open the Output Folder and then Install files with these in Endings in Order: .pfx -> .cer. Click on the local Machine option instead of Current User when installing the certificates.
Install the main app from .appx file and Run it. Enjoy!
